VOLUNTEER FOR FESTIVAL 2008
La Quinta Arts Festival is seeking dedicated volunteers for a variety of positions before, during and after Festival.
You can volunteer for as little as two four-hour shifts, or as many days/shifts as you wish.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Info
Assist patrons by answering questions in the booth or throughout the grounds. Support the artists by booth sitting (no selling), supplying answers to questions, or retrieving additional sales invoices
Customer Pick Up
Hold purchases while patrons continue to stroll and shop Festival
Gates - Entrance
Greet patrons and sell tickets
Gates - Exit
Thank Patrons and collect receipts.
Greeters
Welcome arriving patrons to the show and take tickets.
Hospitality
Manage areas for volunteers and artists keeping snacks and coffee available
Judges Guides
Lead judges in appointed route to score each participant
Receptionist
Answer Festival telephone calls from patrons, artists and volunteers
Registration
Check in artists prior to Festival
Retail
Sell Festival memorabilia
Set Up/Tear Down
Assist with installing signage, arranging booths, coordinating vendors, etc.
