DESCRIPTION:“Art &amp; Wine”  Series : First Tuesday Reception  at Old Town Cellar in Old Town La Quinta      Meet the Artists! September’s LQAF Art &amp; Wine Opening Reception will feature Mixed Media, Artist, Joanne Casey, and Painter Leslee Adams.  Their artwork will be on display and for sale at Old Town Cellar throughout the entire month of September.  Presented by  La Quinta  Arts Foundation  and Old Town Cellar,  this reception will include   free wine tasting and appetizers.  Wine Tasting for the evening’s reception will be hosted by Rutherford Ranch Winery.   Appetizers will be courtesy of Hogs Breath Inn.
