La Quinta Arts Foundation congratulates Barbara Holloway who was awarded Best of Fiber Award at The Woodlands Waterway Art Festival in The Woodlands, TX, April 14 & 15, 2012.
Holloway has participated in La Quinta Arts Festival and will serve as an Artist Advisor for the LQAF 2012/13 season of activities.
